Drawing from the Dubai Collection, the exhibition invites a slower, more attentive way of seeing. Join us at 8:00pm for a pre-opening conversation of the exhibition with Stephanie Rosenthal, Director of Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Project, and Alexie Glass-Kantor, Executive Director, Curatorial, Art Dubai Group, on institutional collecting and the evolving relationship between public and private collections, followed by a tour of the exhibition. Children's Reading Corner: Book Reading Session with Myrna Ayad
A welcoming reading and discussion programme for children ages 4–12, bringing stories to life through art. In collaboration with artists, authors, and curators, each session features book readings and guided conversations that explore abstract themes, encourage curiosity, and introduce children to the history of art in the region in an engaging, age-appropriate way. With over two decades writing and editing on visual art and culture from the Arab world and Iran, Myrna Ayad is a prominent cultural strategist, moderator, and juror. She is the founder of Noor’s Heroes™, a children’s illustrated series spotlighting Arab greats to inspire curiosity, pride, and imagination.
